As many of you know, Jeff Gurock is in the process of writing a book about Lake Waubeeka but rather than just focusing on our interesting history, he is looking for more current stories from residents that have moved here from the 80s, 90s and of course from our most recent homeowners.
I am sure we all have stories on how we discovered this community and what our individual experiences have been.
This book will help bridge our Lake Waubeeka history with both “old and new” and it’s a great opportunity to tell your own stories.
Although this book is not being sponsored by LWA, Jeff along with the help from other Waubeekans have been putting a lot of time and effort into collecting photos, stories and other interesting facts about our community.
