It’s not a surprising announcement to say that we’ve had a very dry summer. You can see it in the lower water levels of the lake very easily. What you can’t see is that it also is affecting the available ground water.
While we are not in a panic situation, the state of CT has asked all water system operators to let their constituents to practice voluntary water conservation. Here is a link to an informative website: Water Conservation Please do your part!
